R & M Machine Tool, Inc. has been in business since November 1, 1995. R & M is a family business that has given employment to many talented individuals in the Tri- City area in the specialty of machine tool work. The founders behind R & M Machine are Ron Miller Sr. and Ron Miller Jr.

R & M has evolved into a complete machine shop for all detailed work. R & M is determined to provide top of the line quality, and care for our customers. We are a company that thrives on the quality of our employees.

At R & M, we offer the detailed time that is necessary for precision machine work and the capabilities to produce production work. We welcome all types of work, small to large.

Recently, we have expanded our facility size to over 9,000 SQ. Ft to accompany our customer’s production needs. We have also introduced an in-house grind center. We are now equipped with two surface grinders, an O.D. grinder and a Blanchard Grinder capable of machining surfaces up to 34” in size. These elements have helped R & M reduce lead times and manage our always critical delivery dates.
