Machine Services

R & M works with the system called JOBBOSS to track all in-house jobs from beginning to end. From the time a quote comes to R & M, it is in the system which allows R & M to track not only for convenience, but for quality as well. It is a detailed system that has everything from quoting to making sure delivery times are met.

MILLS
R & M Machine has two HAAS VF-2 Vertical Machine Center with 4 axis capabilities to produce workloads from. We also have 12 CNC mills to produce detailed precision work. Of the 12 mills, we are equipped with five 3-Axis Proto Trak mills, and five with 2- Axis machine capabilities.

        

        

LATHES
R & M has two Trak CNC lathes that do the majority of their work. We are capable of doing a wide range of diameters up to 15”. We are able to hold tight tolerances to produce precision quality parts.



EDM
R & M Machine is equipped with 2 EDM machines in house for convenience, and quality. These machines make it easy for R & M to take on the task of detailed jobs and ensure a quality part for finish.
